SCUBAPRO
SCUBAPRO in Sub-Saharan Africa complies with all laws governing European product guarantee and warranty, which generally stipulates that all products have an automatic 2 year guarantee with proof of purchase, not limited to the original owner. However, SCUBAPRO regulators are covered by the SCUBAPRO Limited Lifetime Warranty and are guaranteed against any and all defects in materials and workmanship in accordance with the conditions fully described in the Conditions of Warranty you received with the regulator at the time of purchase. This warranty is valid only to the original owner and you must have your regulator serviced annually by an Authorised SCUBAPRO Dealer to maintain the lifetime warranty. It is valid through an Authorised SCUBAPRO Dealer worldwide and not just the country of purchase. SCUBAPRO will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any warranted component or replacement part that is defective in materials or workmanship. Repair or replacement is SCUBAPRO's only responsibility and your only remedy under this warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper usage, improper maintenance, neglect of care or maintenance or repair service performed by someone other than an Authorised SCUBAPRO dealer.

Product Registration

In order to better maintain your lifetime warranty and to receive product updates and news, we recommend that you register certain or all products purchased, such as regulators and computers.

By registering your products, you receive the latest product updates and information and you don't have to worry about keeping your receipt around for ages, in case you ever need to use the warranty service.

Repairs
In the event that you experience a fault with any SCUBAPRO product within the warranty period, please return the product to the Dealer you
purchased it from, or to your nearest SCUBAPRO Distributor Office, so that they can arrange repair or replacement as appropriate.

SUBGEAR
Complying with governing European product guarantee and warranty, SUBGEAR products purchased in Sub-Saharan Africa have an automatic 2 year guarantee with proof of purchase and limited to the original owner. All SUBGEAR regulators come with a first owner 30-year warranty against defects of material and workmanship. SUBGEAR will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any warranted component or replacement part that is defective in materials or workmanship..

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper usage, improper maintenance or neglect of care.

SEALIFE
The Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser of new and unused product(s) in its original packaging, for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials. “Used” product is defined as any product used underwater or for any purpose other than in-store display. In the event the original purchaser believes there is a defect in a product, it is recommended that the purchaser contact SeaLife Customer Service or the distributor in the country where the product was purchased for troubleshooting advice. The local authorised SeaLife Dealer can also assist with certain product servicing. If it is determined that the product requires servicing, a return authorisation number will be issued. In the event of a product defect, Manufacturer will, in its sole discretion, repair or replace this product free of charge, provided the complete defective product is returned, at the sender’s risk, within two (2) years of its purchase date, to the applicable address, accompanied by: (a) a return authorisation number, (b) a letter describing the defect, (c) the purchaser’s return address (no PO Boxes are permitted) and daytime telephone number, and (d) a copy of the original purchase receipt or proof of purchase with the purchase date of the product. Additionally, Manufacturer’s obligation to repair or replace a product hereunder is subject to the condition that Manufacturer is able to confirm the defect and replicate any alleged leaks.

Excluded from this warranty are damages caused by abuse, misuse, wear, tear, cosmetic damages, water damage caused by damaged O-ring or O-ring contact surfaces or debris trapped between the product housing and the O-ring, repair or attempted repair by unauthorised persons, improper storage, non-performance of scheduled maintenance, battery leakage or software programs. Possible compulsory legal warranty rights of purchaser towards distributor under national law are not affected by this warranty statement.

THE FOREGOING IS PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY TOWARDS MANUFACTURER, AND MANUFACTURER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION, WITH RESPECT TO A CLAIM THAT A PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, OR DAMAGES FOR WHICH PURCHASER MAY BE LIABLE TO OTHER PERSONS OR ENTITIES, EVEN IF MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, AND WHETHER THE CLAIM IS FOR BREACH OR REPUDIATION OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID TO MANUFACTURER FOR THE PRODUCT. ANY OF THE FOREGOING NOTWITHSTANDING, ACCORDING TO COMPULSORY LAW (ESPECIALLY REGARDING PRODUCT LIABILITY), SOME STATES, COUNTRIES AND TERRITORIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, IN WHICH CASE THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.

Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser of new and unused product(s) in its original packaging, for a period of
one (1) year from the date of purchase, assuming that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials.

SEASPECS

SeaSpecs warrants sunglasses to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one(1) year from the date of purchase from The Scuba Pro Store.
